How do I know I need to improve my listening?

Do you often interrupt the person with whom you're speaking? Finish their sentences? Get impatient?

You (and your relationship!) could benefit by being a better listener! 

This is especially true in times of conflict or perhaps even when we're just not that interested in the topic but it is important to the other person in the conversation!
